 Malcolm Trigg - Managing Director

Having worked at Gantrail since 1992, and having previously held the position of Sales & Marketing Director, Malcolm now takes on full responsibility for the development and vision of Gantrail. With a global reputation for excellence and leading insight, Malcolm spends a great deal of time travelling throughout the world managing the most complex of projects and managing relationships with key distributors and partners.

Les Spencer - Director and General Manager

Les has a wealth of experience within the crane rail industry having been with Gantrail since 1988. In 1992 he was appointed General Manager and has continued to hold this position to the present day. As well as the overall responsibility of administration Les also heads up the operations division, involved with our site work on a day to day basis. This work provides an invaluable opportunity to keep up to date with the everyday challenges of modern day Crane rail applications positioning Les as an expert in his field, able to pass this expertise on to our valued clients.

Peter Bygrave - Technical Manager

Peter joined Gantrail in 2001, having graduated with an honours degree in Industrial Design. Peter takes on responsibility for all technical issues within the organisation and is instrumental in product development, project management and innovations. Peter also manages the ISO9001 quality system within the company.

 Malcolm Gray - Commercial and Estimating Manager

Having joined Gantrail in 1998, Malcolm takes responsibility for the estimating procedures within the business and is heavily involved in all commercial activities. Malcolm previously worked for 10 years within the water treatment industry and brings a wealth of technical and commercial knowledge to the team from estimating through to sales worldwide.

Dieter Verheyen - Senior Project Manager

Dieter joined Gantrail in 2007 having spent the previous 24 years in the Crane Rail Industry where he built up a wealth of experience.  His knowledge of the product and the many applications where heavy cranes are installed on rails has been invaluable.  He has spent many years working with consultants and contractors around the world advising on the best systems for their particular project. With his wide technical and sales experience he manages our European, African and Latin-American activities.
