Dieter joined Gantrail in 2007 having spent the previous 24 years in the Crane Rail Industry where he built up a wealth of experience. His knowledge of the product and the many applications where heavy cranes are installed on rails has been invaluable. He has spent many years working with consultants and contractors around the world advising on the best systems for their particular project. With his wide technical and sales experience he manages our European, African and Latin-American activities.

David arrived at Gantrail in 1996 and has progressively worked his way up through the ranks to the position of Production Manager. During his time here, he has helped to develop and improve our production and quality processes to ensure we deliver to the high standards that our customers expect. On a day-to-day basis, David plans our production and coordinates our dedicated team of production operatives. He also regularly liaises with different departments and suppliers to ensure that everything we do is conducted in a safe and environmentally conscious manner.

Adrian Sleigh
Adrian joined the company in 2014 having completed a degree in Business Management. He initially joined as an assistant to the Production Controller and has gradually developed to take on more responsibilities including purchasing, production, maintenance management and logistics. Adrian is also the company Health and Safety Officer where he is currently undertaking a NEBOSH national general certificate which he should complete in the next year. He coordinates regular Health and Safety meetings with the committee and continuously improves our systems and work procedures.
